My improvised Gyro meat.

 Gyro 


3 lbs  (90 % fat ) ground beef. / or 1.5 # beef and 1.5 # lamb


5  pieces garlic cloves

2 onions

meat

One and half  teaspoon  CUMIN

One and half teaspoon OREGANO

TWO teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper 


food processor mix really well until "almost looks like OVER-MIXED" gluey. 


spread it on to baking pan

325 F. (preheated), for one hour until center is cooked. 

take it out, let it rest completely. then cool (over night) in the fridge before slicing
