simple, easy and tasty!

Kroger's Frozen cod --- thawed (don't buy fresh cod at the store in USA, because they are not fresh and stinks)

Flour
Salt n pepper to taste (I skip these)
Extra virgin olive oil
Butter

1. Put a small amount of olive oil with butter on the cast iron pan
2. Dust the cod in flour, and dust off the excess flour
3. Place the cod in the pan. Sear both sides. (Do not flip the cod many times, as they are very flaky fish, n easy to break.)

Holiday flagrant

Cinnamon stick
Clove
Orange peel
Apple peel

Instead of burning the candle, the whole house smells like Christmas.
