Clark loves this my improvised salad.
cut, and mix
one bunch of parsley
cooked lentil (instead of bulgar)
one long cucumber
one packet of cherry tomatoes
one onion
one green pepper
2-3 stalks of celery
2 small apples
one lemon (peel and juice)
salt, pepper, and extra virgin Olive Oil
