🍺Chicken Kara age

3 TB sugar
2 teaspoons Sriracha
2TB soy sauce
2TB sesame oil
3 half chicken Breast

Secret to deep fry crunch is.....
The batter is icy cold. (If it is room temperature, cool it in fridge first, or add ice in the batter to cool down,  then deep fry.
